Best of 2012 – Weddings

We’re only two weeks into the new year, so it’s not too late to do my “best of” posts yet… right? 🙂 I always look forward to reading these on other people’s blogs, and assembling one for my own. It’s kinda cool to see the compilation of 12 months of work. I know last year I said 2011 was the best year yet, but I take it back. 2012 rocked my socks off! I don’t really want to sound like a Christmas brag letter here, so I’ll simply say I am hugely blessed! Between the awesome 40+ weddings I shot, the incredible trips I took, and the most perfect wedding of all (my own!) it was a darn good year. So without further ado, here are my favorite photos I shot at weddings in 2012.

I love how these images are equal parts of super creative/well done, wonderfully emotional, and downright hilarious. I LOL’d several times hahah

  9. I kept trying to pick a favorite.. from beautiful plays of color, interesting perspectives, candid emotional moments.. but I have to say it’s the fountain “peeing” one, because it’s so unexpected & non-wedding.. well, that, and the bubble reflection I kept returning to.. but if I had to choose, the peeing one cuz you know, I’m mature like that.

In all seriousness, awesome work. You should be proud.
